Holy Mass Live Stream - All Souls Day Monday November 2nd 7.30 a.m.

Live-Streamed Mass 2nd November 2020 7.30 a.m.

A live-streamed Mass in the Extraordinary Form will be celebrated at 7.30 a.m. on Monday November 2nd,  from Sacred Heart Church,  Morriston, and by kind offer of Canon Jason Jones.

This will be the first live-streamed Mass in the extraordinary form since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.  We would encourage as many people as possible to take advantage of this opportunity

Due to the current lockdown arrangements throughout Wales, it will unfortunately not be possible for people to attend in person at the Church on this occasion.

Many thanks for your continued support of the Holy Mass.  As soon as we have further guidance from the Welsh Government regarding ongoing restrictions after 9th November,  we shall publish this on the website.

Holy Mass on Tuesday 13th October and Sunday 18th October

Holy Mass on Tuesday 13th October and Sunday 18th October

For those who are able to travel to Sacred Heart Church Morriston during the current additional Coronavirus Restrictions,  Canon Jason Jones has kindly offered to celebrate Mass on these occasions

Tuesday 13th October at 7pm.   Low Mass

Commemoration of the final appearance of Our lady to the children at Fatima on October 13th 1917,  and the second anniversary of Corey Sharpling (22/7/97 - 13/10/18).

On this occasion,  new vestments will be blessed in memory Corey and will be used during the celebrations of Holy Mass in the Extraordinary Form in the Menevia Diocese.

Corey's family will be present on this occasion.

Sunday 18th October at 4pm.   Low Mass

On this occasion,  we hope to welcome Father Liam Bradley,  Parish Priest of Saint David and Saint Patrick Haverfordwest, who will celebrate Mass in the Extraordinary Form for the first time.

Holy Mass will be of the 20th Sunday after Pentecost and is also known as Mission Sunday.

Today we hear in the Gospel about the faith of the ruler,  who believed in Jesus and whose son was healed from a fever.

The propers of the Holy Mass for this Sunday can be found here and this can be printed and brought along to the Mass if required,

We look forward to welcoming all who are able to attend Holy Mass on these two occasions.

Please remember that the usual process applies regarding Coronavirus :

Masks must be worn when within the church.

Please contact Elaine on 07702 230983 by voice or text if you are coming to Holy Mass for the first time, se we can add you to the list and allocate a bench.  If you attend the Mass in the Extraordinary Form on a regular basis  we will already have your name on the list.

Hand Sanitiser should be used on entry to the church.  At the end of Holy Mass,  it would be a great help if people could sanitise their benches before leaving,  however we will check this as part of procedure.

Many thanks for your support and understanding!!
